About me

Im a qualified mindfulness teacher, horticultural therapist and mental health resilience educator.

I draw on over fourteen years experience working in the mental health sector and weave my knowledge of horticulture and mindfulness into bespoke workshops.

I run a number of unique training programs and workshops - mindfulness with new mums, kids aged 7-11, teenagers and adults. I also teach gardening and nature conservation at Wild Cat Wilderness in Catford and work with youth offenders.

I am currently part of an exciting new programme with ParentENGage to deliver well being and resilience training to parents and teachers in primary schools all across Lewisham.

Previous projects include: designing, building and implementing a permaculture inspired outdoor edible classroom at a Primary school in Lewisham. As well as co-ordinating a volunteer parent group and running a mindful gardening after school club.
